What ARE we reading??

I've been traveling alot this month, and finally have a semi-permanent place to live. What are the books for September and October? I've found a nearby library, so I'm ready to go!! And I listened to The Strain on the way to MS. It might be good for Halloween since it involves vampires. More of the Nosferatu kind, not True Blood Sad

But still intriguing. There are some lengthly science type descriptions that you might skim past though. I just don't care about all the intricacies of an eclipse. Side note- I'm am within a days distant of Shreveport, where Alexander Skarsgard is filming an updated Straw Dogs. <3

We are reading Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins and Uncle Montague's Tales of Terror by Chris Priestley for October. I was reading Relentless last month, and Bittner said she'd read it real quick as it's a pretty unputdownable book, for September. I'll have threads open for all 3 books by tonight. Since starting the book blog, I've been reading A LOT. And I have a lot of back logged books to get to, but I keep getting distracted by shiny new books... But I'm getting a Kindle 2 sometime before Christmas!!! Sooooooooo excited.
